By downloading, accessing, or using reGIG (“the App” or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (available on our website). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use reGIG.
Users under 18 may use the Service but cannot make purchases without parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Service

reGIG is a music download and streaming platform that allows users to:

reGIG – End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Bootleg.ai LTD governing your use of the reGIG mobile application and related services (“the App” or “the Service”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Bootleg.ai LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download, install, and use one copy of the App on your personal device; and

  • Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App.

  • Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership

The App, including all content, trademarks, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive property of Bootleg.ai LTD or its licensors.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights in the App or any associated content.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the App require you to create an account. You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Keep your login credentials secure; and

  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Bootleg.ai LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or our Terms of Service.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase or subscribe to any paid features within reGIG:

  • Payments are processed securely through your app store provider or our web payment system.

  • All purchases are subject to the terms and refund policies of the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).

  • Prices and features may change at any time.

6. Data Collection

The App collects and processes personal information such as email addresses, usage data, and cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to this data processing.

7. Updates and Maintenance

Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and you must delete all copies of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Bootleg.ai LTD makes no representations or guarantees regarding reliability, performance, or error-free operation.
You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bootleg.ai LTD shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;

  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access or use of the App.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

11. App Store Terms

When you download or use reGIG from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to their respective terms and policies.
Apple and Google are not responsible for the App’s content, maintenance, or support, and any claims related to the App must be directed to Bootleg.ai LTD, not to Apple or Google.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
